Through individualized consultation the FoodForSleep programs will provide you with a program designed specific to your needs.
With a holistic view, these programs focus on how to rebalance each body system and various lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your inability to sleep peacefully.
HOW IT WORKS
Each client completes a set of intake and client assessment forms which allow our practitioners to understand the big picture of your health.
We then provide you with a set of individualized recommendations for:
- sleep hygiene
These recommendations are to be carried out over a 4-6 week time period. After this time period you will meet again for a follow-up where we make adjustments to your current recommendations and provide new recommendations where applicable.
Depending on your goals and needs you may work with our practitioners for any length of time.
Your practitioner will be available to you for support and questions throughout your journey to better sleep and improved health.
